Add duty timer to mobile heating devices
To store some informations about the total heating duration we add a duty timer to the configuration. The data will not be stored during a devices power off period.

We add another mobile heating device following the existing device wt32-mobile-heizung-02.
We found that the moonlight led globes which have 5 meters of cable or more to the controller stay dark and show not a glimpse of light. That needs to be fixed.
