After the removal of nodes cluster-02 and cluster-06 the number of placement groups had to be optimized again.

Update Proxmox nodes
Update the nodes cluster-02, cluster-04, cluster-05 and cluster-06 to latest stable Proxmox version 8.4.1 and Ceph 17.2.8.
