Move pbx vm 101 to node cluster-11
We start now moving our VMs to the new nodes. We are starting with vm 101 which holds our PBX.

Add cluster-10 and cluster-11 to high availability config
As the new cluster-10 and cluster-11 nodes will replace all other nodes we have to update our high availabilty config to includem them for the time being.

Fix 'missing public key' error
We have problems with missing public keys in some nodes ssh config which is revealed by VM migration.

Fix bootloader
We still had to follow the last update message to rewrite the bootloader.

We add the cluster-11 node to our cluster.

Install Proxmox on cluster-11
Install Proxmox VE 8.1 on the cluster11 hardware using the terminal installer.

To prepare the extension of our cluster we update some switches and the VLAN and Port settings of omada.
