Upgrade Ceph from reef to squid

We need to upgrade Ceph from version reef to squid prior to the Proxmox upgrade to version 9.

Remove OSD 8 from storage

Due to hardware problems we remove OSD.8 from storage.

Restart disk

One of the disks on cluster-12 node is down. As we don't know when this happened, we just restart it.

Node cluster-12 is offline

The cluster node cluster-12 is not availabel due to network problems.

Update Proxmox 8.4.0 to 8.4.1

We need to upgrade our Proxmox from the currently running 8.4.0 to the 8.4.1 as requirement of upgrading to 9.0 series.

During cluster migrations we found the vmbr30 networking device missing on node cluster-10.
