New streaming problems - Netflix

To allow connecting BliKVM devices we setup a DHCP server for automatic assignment of IP addresses and finding out the MAC addresses later on.

We add a Reolink RLC-842A 8MP camera as cam-01.
Add firewall rules for VIDEO_LAN
We prohibit all devices on the VIDEO_LAN from communicating with the internet and other internal networks. Only the Frigate server is allowed to communicate with Home Assistant, MQTT and the outside world to update itself. And we connect Frigate with the DoorBird door station camera.
Change VIDEO_LAN DHCP settings
