Adding more Airtags to iCloud and Home Assistant
After our inital Airtag to Home Assistant setup is now working we add more Airtags.
Change default boot to MacOS and update OpenCore
Currently the VM boots into to recovery mode, that needs to be changed so it starts to MacOS by default. And we update OpenCore from 0.8.8 to 1.0.7.
Fix time of airtag VM
The time displayed by the airtag VM is not matching our local time.
Add Airtag Sync and set them up in Home Assistant
After setting up the Find My app we now install the FindMySync app and the sync to Home Assistant.
Install QEMU Guest Agent on MacOS Sonoma
We install the QEMU Guest Agent and its requirements on my MacOS VM.
Activate Find My app
After connecting with the iCloud we can now activate the Find My app.
Connect MacOS VM 124 with iCloud
After setting up a MacOS Sonoma instance we are ready to connect to iCloud.
